キャンセル料 / Cancellation Policy

ガイド料金のキャンセル料は以下の通りです。
キャンセル時にすでに支出しているガイド経費がある場合はその実費も請求いたします。

  • ツアー初日から起算して60-41日前: 20% 
  • ツアー初日から起算して40-21日前: 50% 
  • ツアー初日から起算して20-1日前: 80% 
  • ツアー初日および不参加: 100%

また必要装備の不備や不足があった場合には参加をお断りすることがあります。その際には不参加扱いとなり100%のキャンセル料が発生します。

The following fees will apply for cancellations. 

  • Cancellation made 60-41 days before tour: 20% 
  • Cancellation made 40-21 days before tour: 50% 
  • Cancellation made up until the day before: 80% 
  • Cancellation made on the day or not joining, or inadequate equipment: 100%

特別注意事項 / Disclaimer

  • ガイドツアーに参加するにあたって、各自でツアーの活動内容を補償するレジャー保 険や山岳保険等へご加入下さい。 
  • ガイドツアーは自然環境という安全が管理されていない区域で行うため、様々な危険 が伴います。ツアーの実施にあたり、ガイドは十分に準備を行い、想定される危険を 回避するために最大限努力いたします。しかしながら、自然環境での活動の性質上、 そして登山活動自体お客様ご自身の主体的意思による行為であることを十分ご認識 いただき、避けられない事故が起こりうることをご理解下さい。 
  • ガイドの故意または重大な過失があった場合を除き、ガイドツアーでの病気や怪我、 装備の損失や損害については、各個人の責任に帰することをご了承の上ご参加下さい。 
  • ガイドツアー中、当初の予定を継続することによりお客様の安全確保が難しいとガイ ドが判断し、予定の変更や中止をする場合があることをご了承の上、ご参加下さい。 
  • 入山から下山までがガイドツアーとなり、山行前後の移動や施設滞在期間は含みませ ん。集合場所への移動についてはガイドの車に同乗できる場合がありますが、同乗中の事故等については加入している自動車保険の補償範囲内となります。

  • It is necessary for participants to have insurance that covers the activity of your tour. 
  • Guided tours are conducted in a natural environment where safety is not managed, so there are various dangers. When conducting a guided tour, the guide will make adequate preparations and make the utmost effort to avoid possible dangers. Please be fully aware of this and understand in advance that there are unavoidable accidents.
  • Please be aware that each individual is responsible for illness, injury, loss or damage to equipment during the guided tour, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the guide.
  • During the guided tour, please understand that the guide may decide that it is difficult to ensure the safety of the customer by continuing the original schedule, and the schedule may be changed or canceled.
