We offer private backcountry tours in the following areas.
-Sapporo area (e.g. backcountry areas around Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort and Kiroro Ski Resort and mountains around 1 hour from Sapporo)
-Asahikawa area (e.g. mountains around Asahikawa, Tokachi and Asahidake)
Areas of our backcountry tours are based on the following regulations of Japan Mountain Guide Association Ski Guide Stage 1.
-Hike up in 2 hours and the difference in elevation of 400 m.
-Excluding alpine areas where ice axes and crampons are necessary and steep slopes where the angle is over 30 degrees.

Lift tickets, meals, and onsens are separate costs.
Participants need to bring all of the following gears.
-Ski with touring binding, or splitboard
-boots
-Climbing skins
-Poles
-Backpack
-Avalanche transceiver
-Shovel
-Prove
-Helmet
-Goggles
-Cap
-Sunglasses
-Drink
-Snacks
-Insulation
-Cellphone which can make a call in Japan (not data sim)
Participants who don’t have all of the above gears or adequate gears cannot join tours and 100% cancellation fee would be applied.
